SHIPPING
UAE ( DOMESTIC) ORDERS
We offer free shipping across the United Arab Emirates. Confirmed orders are dispatched from our facility within 5 to 7 business days (excluding UAE Public Holidays) unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Delivery is done by DHL express and takes from 1 - 2 working days .

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Confirmed orders are dispatched from our facility within 5 to 7 business days (excluding UAE Public Holidays) unless stated otherwise on the product page.
International shipping is done by DHL Express , the time frame varies from country to country but in most takes 2 to 3 working days to reach you.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
WORLDWIDE
For most shipments, customs and import duties are applied once your items reach the destination country by the customs authority and we at Cece have no control over these applied charges.
Customs , import duties and any handling charges vary from country to country and are paid by you once the shipment reaches your country.
Custom duties and import taxes are non-refundable once charged. If you refuse the delivery, these amounts will be deducted from the refunded amount.
SAUDI ARABIA (effective March 23 - 2023 - 2pm GMT+4)
For Saudi Arabia we implement a door to door service where customs, import duties and VAT are paid at check-out and we at Cece proceed with the customs clearance process through our shipping partner DHL EXPRESS and delivery of the order without any hidden or extra charges at delivery .
The due charges imposed include clearance , customs , VAT and import duties.
In case of a refund - these charges are excluded from the refunded amount.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Refunds and Exchanges are subject to the following conditions;
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were purchased in, with the original packaging and garment tags still attached.
- Items must not have been worn, altered, or washed.
- Items on Sale/Special Promotions may not be refunded but may be exchanged.
- Special design items or size customized items may not be exchanged or refunded.
- Refunds for items returned will be credited in the full amount minus shipping charges, custom duties ,VAT, import tax and bank fees when applicable,
- All the refunds will be made according to the original mode of payment.
- Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be rejected and sent back to you.
- Exchanges shall be in the full paid amount of the items minus shipping charges, custom duties, import tax and bank fees if applicable. When exchanging to a product of a lesser value than the original purchase, the remaining amount of the item shall be credited back to your account.
- Refunds are processed within 3 - 4 working days .
- Credit card refunds , the amount will be automatically credited to your account and will appear within 7 to 15 days depending on your bank terms and conditions , processes and public holidays.
DAMAGES
We assure you that we are very careful in checking all items before dispatching them; however if you do receive a damaged item please email us at hello@cece.shop with your order number in the email subject field. Please let us know the problem with your purchase and send us images if possible. Please note that any claim for damaged goods or missing items must be received within 2 business days of item delivery.
Once we receive your request, we will dispatch a courier to collect the item. We will inspect the returned item and will send you an email to notify you with a new estimated dispatch date of your replacement. If the item is not available in stock, a refund will be processed right away.
ORDER CANCELATION
We do accept order cancelation however we must be notified within 24 hours (1 day) from order placement to reverse the transaction. If you do wish to cancel an order please email us at hello@cece.shop within the above mentioned timeline. Please quote the order number in the email subject field.
Cece reserves the right to cancel an order at any given time without providing a reason. Canceled orders are fully refunded at the time of cancelation and an email notification is sent.

Exchanges and Refunds
Exchanging or returning an item has never been easier!
Please note that exchange or refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and that special design items or size-customized items may not be exchanged nor refunded.
How do I request an exchange?
- Try your purchased item in the comfort of your home and if you would like to return your product for exchange please email us at hello@cece.shop within the above-mentioned duration.
- Please add your order number in the email subject field.
- Please add the details of the new item (design name and size) that you wish to receive.
What to expect next ?
- You will receive a reply to your email within 1 - 2 working days with a DHL pick-up booking and details on the return shipping process.
- You will also receive an email directly from DHL to confirm the pick-up appointment or to schedule a new one.
- The DHL pick-up booking is valid for 5 working days only, after which the exchange will be rejected. Please make sure you ship your returned items within this time frame.
- If for any reason DHL do not pick up the item as scheduled, please call them directly and book another appointment using your pick up confirmation number.
- DHL follow-ups are the responsibility of the shipper ( customer )
- Print your shipping documents found in the email we sent you and fold the returned items and pack them in the carton box and keep it ready for DHL to pick up.
Do I need to pay an additional shipping fees?
- Return shipping is free - You will not be asked to pay any additional shipping cost
What's next?
- Once the returned items reaches us they will be checked and if they meet the below criteria a replacement will be shipped back to you.
- If the desired replacement is out of stock you will be notified by email.
- When exchanging to a product of a higher value than the original purchase a payment link with the difference shall be sent to you via SMS . Please make sure payment is done to avoid any delays in receiving your replacement.
- When exchanging to a product of a lesser value than the original purchase, the remaining amount of the item shall be credited back to your account.

عند الاستبدال بمنتج ذي قيمة أعلى من قيمة الشراء الأصلية، سيتم إرسال رابط الدفع بالفرق إليك عبر الرسائل SMS. يرجى التأكد من إتمام عملية الدفع لتجنب أي تأخير في استلام البديل.
عند استبدال منتج بقيمة أقل من قيمة الشراء الأصلية، سيتم إرجاع المبلغ المتبقي من المنتج إلى نفس البطاقة التي تم بها دفع الطلب الأساسي .
